Summary: The house was very clean and fully stocked. The location is a very short walk to a good beach area of the lake. The house has comfortable bedding and great space for a large group. Will definitely book again. The host was very accommodating and helpful.

Summary: If you're looking for a place for a large group on Lake Texoma, this is your place! Everything was as advertised or better. Covered parking which accommodated our 5 vehicles. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was an extra fridge in the utility room. And my favorite was the dining table that sat all of us with room to spare!

Summary: The property was clean, some stains on carpet upstairs but the rest was clean, neat and very roomy. We loved all the seating especially the long dining table and chairs. plenty of sleeping room for everyone and close to the lake. This made it easy to walk to the lake and restaurant . We loved all the outdoor seating and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We are planning a return visit for next summer.

Summary: This property was very nice and clean. We were in contact with the property management throughout the whole process. They kept me informed and checked in on us to be sure everything was going good. We really enjoyed the downstairs. The adults were able to play games and be loud while the baby slept in peace upstairs. It was a really fun weekend!

Summary: We have rented a different house this summer for each holiday weekend. This by far was the best house for. The amount of room you have in this house is amazing. Plenty of space for a large group and also plenty of parking! We will be back!

Summary: There was plenty of room for everyone. The covered parking was suitable for adult and children skaters. The grill was great, as well as the kitchen. We brought food from home and cooked delicious meals. I brought my own hand mixer to make cookies. However, the kitchen was equipped with one. We also had breakfast at Anchor 'N restaurant a couple of times. The A/C worked very well. We've stayed in places where upstairs was hot. Not the case here. The weather was extremely hot, but we were nice and cool inside. We loved the huge table. We played lots of board games. We all had a fantastic time!

Summary: We loved this rental. It was perfectly clean and excellent condition. There was plenty of room inside and the very large carport / grilling area was perfect for cookout. The location was close to everything we had planned to do. Smooth check in and quick communication with mgmt. Highly recommend this property!
